Our home has been for sale for 2 1/2 years … My husband has been on my case to repair the fireplace since last June (2012).  So, I had a Dealer from Calgary come to do a minor service.  They advised me that I needed a part, which was expensive, and it could take between 3 wks – 6 mths to get (the part).  However, before they would order (the part) they required payment in full!  So, I found out about Quick Fire Fireplaces.  Blake came to do the repair 2 wks ago, (Oct/13)… it took him 1 trip and now the fireplace works perfectly!  🙂
